Stainless prop flange bolts, new lockwashers, neversieze,at least on a boat like mine where it is hard to get at, I want it to come off next time. Shaft alignment is very very important. If the boat is not in the water align when it is floating, things change. Sometimes new engines do not start right away, turn off the cooling water thru hull, but don't forget to turn it back on!!!! It is easy to do with all the excitement of a start up. If you crankover to much the water pump will flood the exhaust and run water back into the cylinders via the exhaust valves. Sometimes the engine will not start with too much water in the exhaust, can't push it out. As with all engines, expecially one with no filter, change the oil after a short run time to get rid of any abrasives.
