Thank you very much for taking the time to respond. I did get Don Moyer's overhaul manual, but the oil pan was not separating after removing the bolts. Since my first panic plea, I had removed the pan. Evidently the prior owner had used an adhesive sealant that was not allowing the pan to readily separate as described Don's manual. I do intent to venture forward with the overhaul, but must admit that I am doing so with cautious trepidation. Joe
