What is the correct way to hook up my fuel system? I have a Racor filter and an electric fuel pump mounted on the bulkhead. Right now, I am plumbed to "push" fuel from the tank, through the Racor filter and then into the Carb. I have been advised to plumb it the other way... to "suck" fuel from the tank, thru the filter, thru the pump and then into the carb. I have also been advised to install some kind of safety shutoff switch in case of a leak. Whats the best way to do this? I am also using CG approved rubber gas hose... should I be using copper?
